Data Entry Specialist

Location: The Woodlands, TX 77380

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a position in a beautiful high-rise office building located along The Woodlands Waterway. Enjoy a professional work environment with paid garage parking and a convenient location in the heart of The Woodlands.

Position Overview

This is a high-volume data entry role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently after training. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive, energetic personality who enjoys working with data and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
• Update and maintain customer information in company databases
• Transfer and input information from physical records and electronic files into designated software systems
• Create, save, and maintain electronic documents and records
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Organize and manage large volumes of information
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data management

Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Data entry and document creation
• Saving, organizing, and maintaining files
• Advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables are not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided on the proprietary software and systems used for data entry and record management.
